Please note:

We have an Exchange Only Policy; we do not do Returns or Refunds.

Unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests regarding damaged, missing or incorrect items.

Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting or screen color setting differences. This will not be accepted as a reason for exchange.

Exchange requests should reach us within 48 hours of delivery, any request after that will not be accepted.  

Every request will go through our Quality Check process and the decision by our QC team will be the final.

When an exchange request is approved, you will be issued store credits which will be valid for 45 days from the date of issue.

Shipping charges of the exchange will be deducted from the store credit value.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for exchange:

Used products

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.

Products with any missing or damaged packing material like barcode tag, box, bill, etc.

Customized or personalized products.

Any products purchased with store credits, offers, discounts, or during the Sale Period.

Gift pieces added to your order by FASHKA.

Gift Pack Orders requested by the client.


Exchange Process:

We are happy to exchange your full/part order within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a WhatsApp message at +91 8469004005 or email us at with your order number and reason for exchange. If it meets all the criteria, we will get the exchange design(s) picked up within 2 to 4 working days. If it doesn't meet the criteria, you will receive a rejection message.

Please make sure that the product(s) are in original saleable condition, i.e., unworn/unused, with all tags, packaging material, and gift pcs (if any) intact and with the original order invoice.

Once we receive the design(s) back at our store, it will go through the Quality Check process. If it passes the QC process, store credits will be issued to you within 2 to 4 working days. If it doesn’t, your design(s) will be sent back to you with additional shipping charges.

Please note that shipping cost will be deducted from your total store credit amount. 

Store credits should be used within 45 days from the date of issue.

How to use FASHKA Store Credits

Select the designs you wish to buy with your Store Credit and send us a WhatsApp message on +91 8469004005 with the design(s) you want in exchange.

The Store Credit will be applied by our team and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.

The validity of the gift card or Store Credit is 45 days from the date of issue.

No COD on exchange orders using Store Credit, only Prepaid payments will be accepted.

Store Credit value does not include the shipping fee paid during placing the order.

Expired Gift Cards cannot be used, and the funds from expired cards will not be reimbursed or credited.


Cancellation Policy before Shipment:

If your order or the design(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet and you wish to cancel your order, reach us at 8469004005

Our team will be happy to assist you with the cancellation and there will be no charges for it.


Cancellation Policy after Shipment:

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned if you don’t accept the courier, we process the store credits once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
