At FASHKA we passionately take great care to ensure high quality standards for all our designs. We also do our best to make sure that your order reaches you in good condition. In case you receive a damaged or wrong item, you need to let us know with pictures/video of the issue within 2 days from the date the order is delivered to you. Once approved you will get an exchange with the same design. In case the same design is sold out, you will get store credits which you can use within 1 month from the date the store credits are issued to you.    

Giveaways or orders with seasonal discounts DO NOT qualify for an exchange or store credits.  

Please note that

1. Actual shipping & COD charges will be deducted from the exchange value or store credits.

2. FASHKA has full rights to not accept an exchange or store credit request if the product is used or any packaging material is missing.


Yes, you can cancel your order within 4 hours from the time you have placed the order. 

These are the 3 easy steps to request an exchange: 

Step 1: WhatsApp us on +91 8469 004 005 or write to us at, mentioning your order number and attaching a photo/video of the issue. 

Step 2: Once the exchange request is processed and confirmed from our side, we will schedule the return pick-up and the details will be shared with you.

The return pick-up will be scheduled by us within 5 to 7 working days.

Step 3: Once we receive back the products, we will verify that they are unused/unworn and have all the packaging intact. We will also verify the reason mentioned by you and once all is verified, we shall issue the refund in your FASHKA account in the form of store credit/balance (excluding shipping charges). This process can take 5 to 7 working days.

 Please note that:

  • Please note that actual shipping charges of both ways will be deducted from the refund amount for COD orders. 
  • The confirmation and execution of the exchange processes would take place only on working days.
  • In case of partial order return/exchange, shipping charges will fully be deducted. 

We perform “Quality Check” on every order before it is processed for dispatch, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective or wrong product or an incomplete order altogether, get in touch with us at or +91 8469 004 005 within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Any request after 24 hours will be considered invalid. 

Please attach referential pictures/videos of the same and we will take care of the rest. 

In case you do not receive your order at all, please get in touch with us at or +91 8469 004 005. We will get in touch with the courier company regarding the same and will get it delivered to you ASAP. 

FASHKA holds the authority to disapprove your return/exchange request if it fails the quality check test or any packaging is missing.
