FASHKA is happy to offer a 3 day return/exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.

This applies only to unused/unworn items with all the packing intact. Order with discount are final sales and DO NOT qualify for a return/exchange.   

Refund will be in the form of store credits that you have to use within 2 months from the date the store credits are issued to you. COD and shipping charges will be deducted from the exchange/refund amount.  

No claim will be entertained in case any packaging is missing or the CARE instructions are not followed.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 4 hours from the time you have placed the order. 

These are the 3 easy steps to return a product:

Step 1: Write to us on hello@fashka.com or WhatsApp us on +91 8469 004 005, mentioning your order number and the reason for the exchange/return of your unused/unworn item. Kindly attach the referential photos/videos for the same. 

Step 2: Once the request is processed and confirmed from our side, we will schedule the return pick-up and the details will be shared with you via an email.

The return pick-up will be scheduled by us within 5 to 7 working days.

Step 3: Once we receive back the products, we will verify that they are unused/unworn and have all the packaging intact. We will also verify the reason mentioned by you and once everything is verified, we shall issue the refund in your FASHKA account in the form of store credit/balance (excluding shipping charges). This process can take 5 to 7 working days.

 Please note that:

  • Please note that actual shipping charges of both ways will be deducted from the refund amount. 
  • The confirmation and execution of the exchange processes would take place only on working days.
  • In case of partial order return/exchange, shipping charges will fully be deducted.

1. Online payment: If you have made an online payment, the refund will be in the form of store credits that you have to use within 6 months from the date the store credits are issued to you. You can access your store credit from the 'My Account' section. 

2. Cash on Delivery: If you have ordered via COD, the refund will be in the form of store credits that you have to use within 6 months from the date the store credits are issued to you.

Shipping charges + COD charges will not be refunded and will be deducted from the store credits issued to you.

Except for the discounted items, giveaways, free gifts and promotional offers, all the products are eligible for return/exchange.

We perform “Quality Check” on every order before it is processed for dispatch, but in rare circumstance if you do receive a damaged, defective or wrong product or an incomplete order altogether, get in touch with us on hello@fashka.com or +91 8469 004 005 within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Any request after 24 hours will be considered invalid. 

Please attach referential pictures/videos of the same and we will take care of the rest.

In case you do not receive your order at all, please get in touch with us on hello@fashka.com or +91 8469 004 005. We will get in touch with the courier company regarding the same and will get it delivered to you ASAP. 

 

Once the return reaches us and is approved on the lines of our return policy, you will receive a refund in the form of store credits. If the products were purchased with COD, you shall receive store credits minus the shipping and COD charges. This process can take 5 to 7 working days to be completed.

FASHKA holds the authority to disapprove your return/exchange request if it fails the quality check test. However, as a part of the process, the concerned person will notify you about the same along with the reason via an email or a call.

We do try to reach as many areas/pin codes as possible but if in case your area does not fall under our areas of reach, we will get in touch with the courier company regarding the same and try to help you avail the service. You are requested to get in touch with us via an email at hello@fashka.com regarding the same. Though, it must be noted that we can only confirm after getting a confirmation from the courier company.
