The refund will be in the form of store credits that you have to use within 6 months from the date the store credits are issued to you.
It must be noted that this applies only to unused and unworn items with all the packing intact.
These are the 4 easy steps to return a product:
Step 1: Write to us on email@example.com mentioning your order number and the reason for the exchange or return of your unused/unworn item. Kindly attach the referential photos of concerned items.
Step 2: Once the request is processed and confirmed, the return pick-up details will be shared with you via an email.
Step 3: The return pick-up will be scheduled by us within 5-7 working days.
Step 4: Once we verify that the products returned are unused/unworn and have all the packaging intact, you will receive a credit voucher/balance for the amount of the item/s returned (COD excluded).
This process can take 5-7 working days.
Please note that:
- The confirmation and execution of the exchange processes would take place only on working days.
- If a part of an order is cancelled, shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Shipping charges of the delivered order will not be refunded.
- FASHKA (Tanna Ventures Pvt Ltd) has authority to disapprove your return/exchange request if it fails the quality check test.
1. Online payment: If you have made an online payment, the refund will be in the form of store credits that you have to use within 6 months from the date store credits are issued to you.
2. Cash on Delivery: If you have ordered via COD, the refund will be in the form of store credits that you have to use within 6 months from the date the store credits are issued to you. Shipping charges & COD charges will not be refunded and will be deducted from the store credits issued to you.

Yes, except for the free gifts, promotional offers and discounted items all the products are eligible for return/exchange.
We do perform “Quality Check” on all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstance if you do receive a damaged, defective or wrong product or an incomplete order altogether; get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your order with details of the issue. Also, attach referential pictures of the same and we will take care of the rest.
If you do not receive your order at all, please write to us at email@example.com . We will get in touch with our shipping partner regarding the same. You will either receive a refund of the exact amount if it is already paid for online or a new product will be sent to you if it is available.
Once the return reaches us and is approved on the lines of our return policy, you will receive a refund via your mode of payment. If the products were purchased with COD, you shall receive store credits. This process can take 3 to 4 working days to be completed.
Yes, we do accept gifting.
You can get in touch with us via an email or a call at the time of placing the order and can share the note that you wish to attach with the gift.
We can also gift wrap the order for you at no extra cost.
Shipping is FREE for prepaid orders.
COD orders will be charged at 100/- per 2 products.

We do try to reach as many areas/pin codes as possible but if in case your area does not fall under our areas of reach, we will get in touch with the courier company regarding the same and try to help you avail the service. You are requested to get in touch with us via an email at email@example.com regarding the same. Though, it must be noted that we can only confirm after getting a confirmation from the courier company.
Three delivery attempts will be made by the delivery company before your order reaches back to us.

Yes, we do offer the COD option at 100/- per 2 products.
Not all pin codes have the COD facility by the shipping company.
In such a case, order will only be accepted/dispatched once the order is paid for.
You can pay via Credit Card, Debit Cards, COD, PayTM, Razorpay and Sezzle.
If the online payment fails write to us at email@example.com with the order details. We will send you a payment link through which you can pay and we can process your online payment or you can even opt for the COD option chargeable at 100/- per 2 pieces.
All the prices are inclusive of GST.
We will refund the full amount (including GST) if the return request is raised within 7 days from delivery.
After that if your request for a return/exchange and if its accepted, we can only process the amount deducting the taxes.
Cash on Delivery refers to the option of payment at your doorstep at the time of delivery of the product which will be followed by signing of a document by you acknowledging that you have received the order.
Package cannot be opened before the payment has been made. Though we urge you to NOT accept any package that is in a tampered state.
Rest assured, card information is not collected or stored by us.
However, if you do suspect any such issue, kindly report to your bank and notify us about the same.
Cancellations & Refund
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing the order. Get in touch with us regarding the same on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91 82383 09090 between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on working days.
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will share a confirmation of the same via an email.
Any changes in the order regarding the product or delivery address can be made by getting in touch with us via email at email@example.com or by calling us on +91 82383 09090 before the order is dispatched.
In case the order has been dispatched, this option will cease to exist.
You can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the order.
If the order has not been dispatched, we will work the best to see if we can cancel or alter the order.
If the order has been dispatched, cancellations/changes cannot be made. In such a case shipping/COD charges cannot be refunded.
